Returns

  • Eligibility for Return:
    • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
    • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
    • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Customized jewelry, including name-engraved items, cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
    • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for returns.

Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos of the product and packaging to expedite the resolution process.
